PPE Titanium Mercury Cowl Plate

The PPE titanium bottom cowling plate is a direct replacement for any 2.0, 2.4, or 2.5-liter Mercury or Mariner outboard manufactured between 1980 and 2005 with a light-weight racing cowl. The factory Mercury Marine PLATE OEM part is #8221881, which is now NLA.
 
Our plate is made with aerospace-grade titanium which is 45% lighter and alot stronger than the factory steel. The titanium plate offers the ultimate resistance to corrosion and a fatigue life 10 time greater than other afterarket stainlees plates.
 
The PPE offers port matching. Please select Large for 300 Drag, 260, F1, S3000, ProMax 225, Mariner SuperMag and others or Small for painted 2.5 Liter blocks BB, CC, EE, FF, and others.
 
Our plates are 100% CNC milled for tight tolerances and smooth edges (No cheap waterjet or laser cut).
