PPE Mercury 2.5 Liter 280 Billet Heads

Exclusive, PPE Mercury 2.5 Liter O-ring Heads are engineered and custom CNC built from aerospace-quality 6061 billet aluminum. Our modular cylinder heads are engineered with quick-change combustion chambers with improved geometry and cooling to increase HP.
 
Our head kits include; 1 Port and 1 Starboard cylinder head w/ anodize finish (durable, corrosion-resistant finish) and 6 combustion chambers (1 set of 6).
 
*Additional sets of combustion chambers (17 to 36cc) for customized compression ratios are available for $195 per set to meet all your performance needs. Please specify your preferred CCs for Set 2 in the notes section of the shopping cart.
 
Head uses 3/4'' spark plugs to allow for greater chamber geometry.
 
These heads fit all Mercury 2.5 Liter 2-Stroke Outboards manufactured between 1991 to 2005 with either gasket-heads or O-ring-heads. Please specify your preferred color and chamber CCs.
 
Optional Water outlet kit, 3/4'' reach Spark plugs and Head O-rings can be found in the online store.
 
Uses (not included) OEM Drag combustion O-rings on the Drag and 280. Water jacket outer O-ring is factory Drag or 280 bolt pattern.
